Michael Giordano

CEO / President
Michael Giordano has a long career in the Information Technology industry. He has worked for Fortune 500 corporations including TWA, Hilton, Citibank, Chemical Bank, Solomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. He founded a successful enterprise acquired by Nova Information Systems. He has extensive experience in computer sales and support and built Global Computer Service into a company with over $2 million dollars in annual sales.

Mr. Giordano was recruited by Silver State Bank to become CIO and built the IT department from the ground up. His team was responsible for in-house Jack Henry core system processing and systems integration of bank acquisitions. Under his leadership, the bank maintained 99.999% availability and special recognition by the FDIC for outstanding audits and a talented team. The department has an annual budget of $1.5 million dollars and actively reduces costs. A recent contract renegotiation resulted in an annual savings of a half-million dollars. Deployment of virtualization technology is realizing additional costs savings while providing high availability and disaster recovery.

Terence Carroll

Solutions Architect
Terence Carroll is a software and systems engineer with 15 years of experience. He has worked with several startup companies. He was a key employee of Travelscape.com where he developed the website and backend systems of an eCommerce website. Travelscape.com was successfully acquired by Microsoft Expedia and revolutionized the travel industry. Several of the innovations he developed are still a part of the Expedia website.

Mr. Carroll worked as Senior Software and Systems Engineer at Silver State Bank. He developed a high performance, high availability, fault tolerant virtualization infrastructure. He led projects for disaster recovery and videoconferencing. He maintained the in-house Jack Henry core system processing and has extensive experience with clustered systems including SQL servers. Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jesse Shearin

Systems Engineer
Jesse Shearin has 10 years of experience in information technology and telecommunications. He worked for Bellsouth Telecommunications before embarking on a career in information technology.

Mr. Shearin has worked for two financial institutions and is familiar with the associated technologies and processes. He worked for First State Bank of The Florida Keys before returning to his hometown of Henderson, Nevada in 2006. He worked for Silver State Bank and led efforts for both document imaging and item processing. His efforts in document imaging resulted in significant cost savings as well as operational efficiencies. He is an experienced Microsoft Windows and Cisco network administrator and holds MCSE, CCNA, and VCP certifications.
